It's been so long since I last blogged....... Each time I have the urge to do so it'll be sumo-sat-upon by the mountain of assignments and CCA commitments :'(
But I've finally graduated from Guitar - Yesterday was our final concert: MOSAIC 2013 and it ended on a really high note!!!! More about that in the next entry ;)
So here I am, with a bunch of pictures that'll piece together an incoherent list of happenings that took place during my absence on this humble spot!!!
My favourite girls! Notice that YY and I are wearing the same shorts - Entirely by coincidence!!!
Another shot! We were earlier for the play this year (after the horror of last year) and so we got good seats!
This year's play was Othello - Relevant to what I'm studying now for Literature so yes I paid special attention to it. Overall........ The play wasn't good but in my honest opinion it wasn't too bad either :)
Ended off with a class photo!! #Team34/12

I posted this shot onto Instagram before! The lil' kitty that I fed before (and was THIS close to being late for school) remembers me!!!!!!!
It meowed at be whilst basking in the sun when I walked past! TOO ADORABLE!!!!! *swoons*
It was familiar enough with me to the extent that it rolled over to it back for be to rub its belly!!!!
For a stray cat its really pretty!!!!!! The last time I saw it it had a collar so I guess someone took it in. Glad that it finally found a home and hopefully it'll never go hungry again!

OOTD for my shopping trip with Tealle!
May is probably the month I finally went for a first ever serious shopping trip of the year. I haven't had the time, or rather the legitimacy to embark on one coz of all my assignments and revisions..... And I thought it really was no big deal till one day I stepped into Cotton On and felt really depressed. I mean,
I WAS REALLY DEPRIVED *breaks down*

I have reignited my passion for books and literature after scrolling through tons of quotes from books on Tumblr!
The Fault In Our Stars is my very latest buy, and I can't wait to start on it! I have also recently bought Pride and Prejudice and Memoirs of a Geisha and I love them both!!!
I used to read widely during my primary and early secondary school days, then I stopped reading entirely till the end of secondary school. It's a sad thing, really, now that I think back. I always believe that reading will shape a person's personality into a sophisticated and classy one, for it will change the way people speak, act and think.
That theory of mine didn't come unjustified!!! I experienced it myself. Studying Literature and reading (relatively) widely has greatly improved my language capacity and oratorical skills. And I love the beautiful quotes that writers pen in their works. I don't know I'm just particularly sensitive and amazed by words - They are all after all made up of the twenty-six letters of the alphabet, yet when pieced together they make wonderful quotes.

Mitchy matchy OOTD with my sis to celebrate my Granddad's birthday!
These GEEK/NERD tops are really the trend right now :)
Accessories all gifted by MJ whenever he goes overseas! Nothing big but I really appreciate the thought!!!
Next time when I finally break out of my realm of single-hood I'd get my partner to read quotes together with me on Tumblr whilst snuggling under the blankets, and we'd whisper sweet nothings to each other.
For now, I'd really love to dive into frivolity and catch some aimless sleep.
Happy weekend darlings! X
