Hellooooooooooooooooo everyone !!! (I'm kinda excited right now 'cos I've not blogged for 7 whole days.)
I FINALLY FOUND TIME OFF MY TERRIBLY HECTIC LIFE TO BLOG !!!! *pops champane
Okay, so yeah. About my fantastic second week of school life.
1. CCA ORIENTATION!!!!!!!! Okay response quite good. I'm gonna have 5 juniors this year !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wah happy x10000000000000. :D
2. The issue of CCA wars and the school supposingly being biased against band, 'cos our faces appeared not only on the school magazine, but on the school diary too! Eh not only the other CCAs are angry with the picture of Swiss Winds appearing, I'm not happy too! COS MY FACE ISN'T IN IT !!!!!!!!! And I performed for that parade - I'm guessing it's Swiss Open House. But frankly speaking, I don't see a need to get so agitated over this minor issue. This isn't targeting anyone, but as a school, I believe that no matter which CCA gets featured either on school mag, diary or anywhere else, the rest should be supportive!!!! And if you really, seriously, totally hate seeing our faces everyday........ Well then you can 1. Tear it off. 2. Flip it over and tape the front and back page together. 3. Paste a picture of your own face/cca on it. 4. Buy another diary. 4 wonderful ideas for you to consider (: But from what I heard from the student councillers, the school is currently undergoing this scheme whereby every year an individual CCA is going to get featured, just that they're starting with band this year. So, look forward to your CCA getting featured next year! ^^
3. Farewell parade for Dr Arthur Beng, Chairman Singapore NCC. I'm still waiting for pictures to be up on fb, 'cos I can't really describe the parade in words. BUT. Yitian brought Monopoly Deal and we played it @ HQ. Woo. First time full Jazz Ensemble deployed for Dr Beng's dinner, response was (y). WE SOUNDED FANTASTIC YAY.
4. Junior College Open House. Went to ACJC Open House with Triple C. Not bad uh the school,but I originally wanted to go to NYJC's Open House. Urgh CCA Orientation took the whole day away and I missed it. ): Working hard for JC !
5. Buffet @ Furama Hotel for Uncle's birthday. I think my cousin's gonna a super duper handsome guy in the future 'cos at 1 ++ year old he looks seriously like a girl. Which means he's gonna be a woman killer in the future. Too handsome already. And he has brown hair too !!!
I suddenly don't feel like stepping down from band anymore. I'll be missing Jazz and my lovely Saxophone section. Especially when Jazz is at it's peak now and I'm gonna have 5 wonderful juniors for my section. Aww.
K, my homework must be missing my face now. Will be blogging again next weekend. Love you readers!!
