To my mom ♥

Hi mummy,

Bet today's really special day for you 'cos you gave yourself a break from the dishes! So typical of you to auto give yourself a break on Mother's Day!!

So, I've actually got quite a bit of heartfelt words to express to you, but it's too hard a task for me to say it to you face to face, so I might as well blog it, since I know you actually visit my blog! (I sound like I'm confessing to some guy LOL)

Let me start of with a typical look of yours to me (and only me):

(Drumroll......)

TADAH!! The >:/ face.

This is the face you ALWAYS give me when I don't drink water, refuse to eat my fruit, often itchy hand go scratch pimples, daydreaming when studying, don't keep my stuff and often leaving in on the table for weeks, forgetting to bring my keys and umbrella, taking a mysteriously long time to shower, and many others. The list just goes on!

But, as much as I dislike that face, I really appreciate what you've always been constantly reminding me to do, as it is all for my own good! Though I can do without the face. Heh.

Although you may not be a great cook like other moms, but if one day you're to cook up some 5-star hotel delicacy for the family, I might not like it 'cos I'm already too used to your not-so-good-but-okay cooking ^^

And in case you haven't noticed, I've been a really pampered girl for 16 whole years 'cos you refused to let me do lots of things that I should be doing at my age, for example, the washing of school shoes and dishes, ironing of clothes etc. Even when dadddy grumbles at the fact that you've pampered me too much, you'll always take side with me and say that I'm currently studying and he shouldn't add on to my burden with these chores, and instead take all of them on your own shoulders.

If I could go back in time, I'd learn to do these chores myself to prevent your hands from getting more and more wrinkled. Each time you mention about your hands, I'd feel guilty. And that's how much I've been relying on you for the past 16 years.

For that I thank you very; Mummy, even though I often argue with you for the littlest matters, I still love you dearly for everything you've done for me ♥

Okay, if you're reading this, you must be grumbling at why I chose sucha unglam picture of you. Here's then zee picture of you smiling after you realised I took that unglam pic (of you). HAHA :D

Happy Mother's Day! ♥♥♥
