C, all summed up - On two ends of the Happy-o-meter

Holidays have officially started and thus far................ I don't feel particularly excited.

Is this like the college syndrome where everyone just stays at home during the holidays??? For me, well, I've been to the movies at Cine for a few times, went out for meals and that's about it. No itinerary planned out for post-promos and I'm bored to bits most of the days. Don't even talk to me about starting on the holiday homework.

Maybe finally wearing the Jeffrey Campbell's Lita out to town during a shopping trip sounds more thrilling.

Each time I wear those shoes I'd feel like a superstar

I always have to take like a million pictures each time I put on these shoes. And I have to plan for ultra long which outfit will go best with it etc. I know I don't have never-ending legs to complement the shoes but that's not gonna stop me from wearing them!! *punches fist in the air*

I still think I look good!

I could still vaguely remember the first time I brought the lita out for a debut trip to town... I felt to awkward wearing them!! Everyone was staring at the shoes, then shifting their glance to me, then back to the shoes. I mean, fine if it's your first time seeing a pair of statement heels in real life but for me it was just pure awkward.

This time round I felt better. Probably because I was already expecting all the stares from everyone. I have already tried to tone down on my outfit as much as possible!!! Except for that floral bangle (which is my all time favourite accessory) I have no other accessories on me. Not even hair accessories.

This is my favourite shot!

I wasn't lying when I said a million shots. *laughs*

The shoes look gorgeous in pictures!!! Couldn't get enough of them. They're comfortable and easy to walk in too. I've only wore it twice and during the second trip I could already balance perfectly in them :)

Enough of me. Will you guys be more interested in food instead?

Just yesterday I had my day made coz I received the sweetest compliment ever.

"Are you wearing makeup?" "No... Do I look like I'm wearing makeup?" "Yeah, and you look great."

I've also felt secretly elated each time people tell me stuff like,

"I've read your blog and I enjoyed the xxx entry!" or "When are you going to update your blog?" or "I read your blog!"

My life basically revolves around blogging. Being a student I don't exactly have much interesting events/issues to blog about frequently, so I really appreciate the fact that people take time off to read this little spot of mine. I try to update it as frequently and as diligently as possible, and more importantly I blog my true feelings. I mean, that's the whole point of a blog being like a diary; you're supposed to be yourself.

So each time someone compliments my blog I'd feel super happy. Coz I take effort and time to plan and construct each entry, no matter how meaningless they may seem. So yes, thank you readers so much for dropping by, I really, really, really appreciate it :)

Thus far in the holidays, I feel as if I'm swinging between the two ends of the Happy-o-meter ;)
