Japan Part 3.

You reader, would really be enjoying this !!! Welcome to Mount Fuji !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Day 4 - Mount Fuji ~ Nagoya

The temperature @ Mount Fugi was most probrably below 0 degree Celcius. It wasn't snowing, but there was snow !!!!!!!!!! Fyi, snow is always a plus point for pretty sceneries (:

Okie, weather didn't permit us to go all the way up to the highest tourist spot - the 5th station, so we only went up to the 4th station. Nevertheless, the sceneries were really breathtaking but I guess the view would be better if weather permits us to visit the 5th station..

Luv the fig trees (:

Yes I know I simply ♥ the white sceneries too !!!!!

Hungry for more? Don't give you! Neh just kidding.

That's me trying to act cute 'cos I was a little sick of the usual poses that I have in pictures. Teehee.

This is just some random picture of a mountain taken from the view on Mount Fuji.

At first I was wondering why can't we see the Fuji mountain 'cos the tour agent showed us really fantastic pictures of it taken by a normal digital camera - no dslr, nothing. Then it occurred to me, we were standing on Mount Fuji and that was just a random mountain that we can see from it -.- Silly me.

After that we travelled down to Owakudani Boiling Valley to try out some sulphur eggs. These eggs were being boiled in water that contained sulphur 'cos the water was near a volcano. The shells of these eggs thus turned black, like this :

It's just an ordinary chicken egg with a black shell, seriously.

However! Legend says that if one consumes this sulphur egg, one can go younger by 3 years! I have entirely no idea why the sulphur dosen't penetrate into the egg since it's being boiled in sulphur water, mind you. Thank god 'cos I would be dead by now if there was really sulphur in the egg. It's really an ordinary egg though.

Guide gave us a choice - whether to stay at the bottom of the volcano or to travel up with him to halfway of the volcano where you can see the eggs being boiled in the sulphur water. Expected of my family, we travelled up (:

Shots taken @ the Owakudani Boiling Valley.

No, I didn't pose with the umbrella on purpose!

It was raining rather heavily after we got down from Mount Fuji, but my parents insisted that we travelled up to the place where we can see the boiling eggs. Omg the route was painful - imagine climbing never-ending steps in the rain. Finally we reached but they blocked off the boiling spot 'cos it was raining. Grr. And yes I know my hair looks limp here ):

100yen for an egg - ~S$1.70 for an egg. Might as well rob a bank. K joking much.

Then we continued down to Gotenba Premium Outlet Mall, this shopping place that sells branded labels eg. Burberry, Addidas, Ralph Lauren, Hillfinger etc.

The only credit card accepted there. Why ? See moi's name? That's why (:

Was joking about the only credit card accepted but that shows that my name's considered branded. Ahahahahahahaha.

P.S/ Mount Fuji covered - next big thing would be Universal Studios ... But there's still prettier sceneries coming up @ Kiyomizu - World's Eighth Wonder!!!
