Since I gave the college prom a miss I thought I'd go for the after party at The Butter Factory instead, just for the fun of it and for the experience of 'clubbing'.
Well, clubbing isn't really my cup of tea. I didn't particularly dislike it - I just don't see the point in going all high prancing about and looking disheveled at the end of the day. I'd rather stay home with a good book and a cup of aromatic coffee, finished off with comfortable lounge wear.
Speaking of which I had this huge headache in sourcing for the right dress to wear to the club. Here's what I was recommended to wear: 1. Tight, 2. Short, 3. Makeup. They. Are. All. Bodycon. Dresses. Which. I. Dislike. Most!!! I have zero tight fitting dresses because I feel that they don't look flattering on me so basically my wardrobe is just piled up with A-line dresses and flare skirts. So, I had to go around looking for a suitable bodycon dress and ended up with a really basic one, in black. I like my apparels to be brightly coloured but hey you can never go wrong with black on the first try of something new.
My Satorial Black Toywatch finally arrived!!! I've been anticipating it even before the start of exams and it's finally here!! Definitely my favourite timepiece from now on!!
I believe you guys should have a rough gauge of what is it like to be in a club, and whatever image you have in mind, yup you're correct - It doesn't deviate far from loud music, dancing and drinks - so enjoy the visuals instead :)
